Crunchy Chocolate Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 460ml margarine
  • 1 ¼ c sugar
  • 1 ¼ c flour
  • 25ml cocoa
  • +4 c oats
  • 2 - 2 ½ c coconut
  • 5ml baking powder
  • Icing:
  • 2 c icing sugar
  • 25ml cocoa
  • 60ml warm water

Instructions

Cream margarine and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Mix to a soft dough. Roll into balls and flatten slightly. Bake at 180 C for 15 - 20 minutes. Cook icing ingredients together. Drizzle over cool biscuits.
