Chunky Chippers

Ingredients

  • 1 c butter
  • 1 c sugar
  • ¾ c brown sugar
  • 3 c flour
  • 1 ½ t baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 c milk choc chips
  • 1 c white choc chips
  • 2 c semi sweet choc chips
  • 1 c chopped nuts

Instructions

Beat butter and sugar till fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients then fold in bits. Chill for 2 hours to three days. Spoon onto baking tray and bake at 180 C till light brown.
