Honey Sand Balls

• 1 c butter (Must be butter!)
• ½ c icing sugar
• 2 T honey
• 2 c flour
• ¾ c chopped walnuts or pecans
• 1 t vanilla
• ¼ t salt

Cream butter, icing sugar and honey.

Add remaining ingredients.

Roll into I inch balls and place on cookie sheet.

Bake for 14 - 16 minutes at 350°F, or till barely tinged with brown.

While cookies are still warm, roll in icing sugar.

Cool. Roll in icing sugar again, if desired.
