Par-cook corn, then slice into 8 pieces each.
Cut bacon in half and stretch out.
Wrap bacon around each mushroom.
Chop chicken breasts into 8 pieces each. Mix oil, lemon, syrup and seasoning and brush over chicken.
Thread corn, chicken and mushrooms onto skewers.
Brush with lemon dressing.
Cook over a fire or grill, brushing with any extra dressing.
Serve with a green salad.
