Toast sesame seeds in frying pan and set aside. Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. Mix up marinade and put chicken into it for 20 minutes. Prepare the sauce by mixing all ingredients together, pour into a pot and bring to a boil, stirring all the time. Keep warm over gentle heat while frying chicken. Deep fry chicken a few pieces at a time, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Place chicken in serving dish, cover with sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with rice.
