Candied Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
- • 1 c brown sugar
- • ¼ c margarine
- • ½ t salt
- • ¼ c water
- • sweet potatoes, par-cooked
Instructions
Cook sauce ingredients together. To fry: Add potatoes to frying pan. Fry till sauce thickens, turning potatoes occasionally. To bake: Mix sauce and potatoes together. Place in baking dish and bake at 180 C till cooked and candied.
